A New Year's Eve ritual to raise your vibration
Hey Witches,
Before this crazy year ends, I wanted to pop into your inbox and say a huge THANK YOU for being here witnessing, sharing, and co-creating this newsletter with me. I started it back in April as a passion project that has grown into a small (some would say micro!) but perfectly-formed community of beautiful souls, and I’m so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. It’s a space I use to find my voice, share my ramblings, and — hopefully — help and inspire you along the way. It’s vulnerable and scary, but having you to write to helps me stay motivated and keep going. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
If I’m sounding a little more mushy than usual today, it’s probably because I just did my favourite New Year’s Eve ritual — writing a gratitude list of 100 things from the year that’s ending. It can be easy to write off a difficult year as one you’d rather forget, but in doing so, you dismiss the many blessings that come in every shape and form each year. There is no light without darkness, and this exercise reminds you of all the ways the light manifests in your life.
Gratitude also raises your vibration, bringing you into greater alignment with the things you want to attract. It magnetises your energy field, helping you to manifest your intentions more quickly. This makes this exercise the perfect complement to any release and intention-setting work you’ve done over the Solstice and Yule period (if you haven’t done that yet, it’s not too late!). I encourage you to try it in the coming days.
This exercise will also set you up perfectly for the Supermoon in Capricorn on the 2nd of January. This New Moon will be another great opportunity to set goals and intentions for the coming year. Capricorn loves structure, so you might want to map out a plan of action to help you reach them.
I’m going to keep it short and sweet today, so all that’s left is to wish you all health, happiness, prosperity, and joy for 2022. I look forward to continuing the journey with you this year.
Blessed be!
